Standard Mounting Methods

Concealed Stud Mounts

Stud Mount
This method is recommended for concealed mounting on brick or masonry walls. The plaque is drilled and tapped to accept a threaded stud.

Rosettes & Toggle Bolts

Rosettes & Toggle Bolts
Toggle bolts (threaded machine screws with spring-loaded butterflies) work well with hollow tile, cement block, or drywall surfaces. Holes are drilled through the face of the plaque for toggle bolts. Rosettes which cover the machine screws are optional.

Rosettes, Machine Screws & Expansion Sleeves

Rosettes, Machine Screws & Expansion Sleeves
Machine screws and expansion sleeves work well with brick, stone, or masonry walls. Holes are drilled through the face of the plaque for machine screws. Each metal expansion sleeve (lead anchor) has a threaded interior that accepts a machine screw. Rosettes are optional.

Wood Screws

Through-the-Face Mount
If requested, cast plaques can be provided with holes through the face for mechanical fasteners. Mounting hardware can also be provided on request.

Rosettes

Designed to cover the screw heads on a cast plaque, rosettes are decorative covers available in a variety of styles. Rosettes include a drive pin or machine screw which is inserted into a pre-drilled hole in the mounting screw.

Rosettes feature a raised surface highlighted to a satin or buffed finish and are painted to match plaque background. Custom colors and polished surfaces are also available.
