Basic Specifications

Maximum Print Area: 48" x 36". Larger sizes available by tiling panels together.

Thicknesses: 0.3mm, 0.5mm, 1.0mm, 1.5mm. Larger thicknesses available by laminating to selected backing plates (aluminum, acrylic, glass, stainless steel, etc.).

Image Resolution: 400 dpi.

Print options: 1-, 2-, 3-, 4-, or 5-spot color line art or halftone images. 4-color process with photographic image reproduction also available.

Corner radius: 1/16" to 2". Larger radius available by request.

Mounting holes: Suitable for all applications.

Backing Adhesive: Optional high-bond, double-sided lamination film can be applied to the rear of panels for easy installation to clean rigid surfaces.

Waterjet-Cut Shapes: High-speed waterjet is used to create cutouts for faceplates, control panels, and shapes other than those with straight edges.
